Our ATMs do not accept cash or check deposits.
Which NBC locations have ATMs?
All of our locations have convenient access to ATMs. At our Duluth – Downtown location, the ATM is located just outside the lobby doors. All other NBC locations have ATMs in the drive-thru lane.

Debit Cards
How do I activate my debit card?
There are three easy ways to activate your new debit card: 1) Make a withdrawal or balance inquiry at an NBC ATM, 2) use the “card management option” on your online banking dashboard, select your card and then choose “activate new card” 3) call 800.290.7893 and follow the 24-hour Telephone Banking prompts.
How do I change/reset my PIN?
Please call 800.290.7893 from a phone number attached to your account.
My debit card isn’t working. Help?
Call 715.394.5531 during business hours. We’ll be happy to assist.
What do I do if my debit card is lost or stolen?
• Cancel your card immediately by calling 715.394.5531 during normal business hours and 866.546.8273 after hours and on weekends.
• You may also report your card lost or stolen within the NBC Mobile app. You must have the NBC Mobile app downloaded to access this feature.

How to enroll in online banking
Select “Login” from the upper right-hand corner. From there, select “First time user? Enroll now.” You can also stop by any of our locations to meet with a Personal Banker.
How to sign up for eStatements
• From the main screen—select the account you wish to enroll from
• On the right-hand side, select the orange “Documents” tile
• Complete the short form, including all five bullet points, to enroll
• Any future changes can be made by selecting “Sign Up/Changes” in the orange ribbon
Forgot password?
• Select “Forgot?” underneath the username
• You will be prompted to enter your social security number and account number
• NBC will then send you a verification code to enter
• User will then be prompted to enter and confirm a new password
