Rights Usage Terms for National Bank of Commerce Infographics
License Grant:
National Bank of Commerce (“NBC”) hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the provided infographics (“Images”) for online purposes only.
Attribution:
You must provide proper credit for each use of the Images. This includes clearly stating “Image courtesy of National Bank of Commerce” and providing a hyperlink either to the specific page on the NBC website where the Image is displayed or to the NBC homepage at https://www.nbcbanking.com.
Usage Limitations:
- The Images may not be altered, transformed, or built upon in any way.
- The Images are not to be used for any commercial purposes.
- The Images are solely for online use, which includes blog posts, web pages, and social media platforms.
Prohibited Uses:
- The Images may not be used in any form of advertising, including but not limited to online ads, print ads, or television commercials.
- The Images may not be used in offline mediums, such as in print publications or physical displays, without the written approval of National Bank of Commerce.
Termination:

No Warranty:
The Images are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
