​​Can I visit any of the 21 locations after the sale closes on December 13?

Until January 24, please continue visiting your former RiverWood Bank branches. Starting January 27, you are welcome to visit any of NBC’s 21 locations.

When will the RiverWood Bank website be discontinued?

The RiverWood Bank website will no longer be accessible starting December 13 at 4 pm. RiverWood Bank online banking can be accessed through the ‘RW Login’ button on the NBC homepage.

How do I log into online banking between December 13 and January 27?

During this period, please use the ‘RW Login’ button on the NBC homepage. On January 27, your accounts will be NBC accounts, and you can log in directly on our website using the ‘Login’ button.

How long can I continue using the RiverWood Bank mobile app?

The RiverWood Bank mobile app will remain functional until January 27. We recommend downloading the NBC Mobile app beforehand so you’re ready to use it on this date.

Will RiverWood Bank deposit account numbers stay the same?

Yes, in most cases. However, if there happens to be an account number duplicated, we will work with those accounts on a one-off basis. Additional information and resources will be provided to support any impacted customers.

Will automatic internal and external transfers remain in place after the conversion?

All existing internal and external transfers are expected to remain intact after January 27. We will work with our core provider, Jack Henry™, to test the process thoroughly and verify that payment structures are not impacted. Customers may be affected if an account or loan number needs to be changed, and we will notify them directly if that is the case.

Can I continue using my RiverWood Bank checks?

RiverWood Bank customers can continue using their existing supply of checks. When reordering checks, the new checks will include NBC’s routing number. We will retain the RiverWood Bank routing numbers for a transitional period, so there’s no need to rush through your current supply.

Do I need to update my automatic deposits with my workplace?

NBC will take care of updating the routing number on your current automatic payments and deposits, such as payroll or recurring debits. After January 27, any new automatic payments will require the NBC routing number (091800028). Your existing account number will remain unchanged unless we notify you otherwise.

How will a new routing number affect the ability to transfer funds?

Your existing transfers will not be affected by the new routing number. After January 27, any new transfers you initiate will require the NBC routing number (091800028).

Here’s the good news: There’s nothing you need to do right now. 

As for us, these are the most important steps in the acquisition process, and the general timeframe in which we expect them to be completed. Dates and deadlines may shift, but we are committed to an open, honest, and transparent process. That means, if the dates below change, you’ll be the first to know.
